Hi, I’m Jillian!
It’s so nice to meet you!
I’m a recovering perfectionist who learned the hard way to stop hustling and finally start practicing gentleness toward myself. Let’s be honest, I’m still learning—and practicing—every day!
I’m also a writer, speaker, and certified coach who loves using words to give others life. I’m married to my favorite guy, and we’ve got a couple kids who teach us regularly that we have no idea what we’re doing.
I love chocolate in pretty much any form, running to get time alone, and singing off-key Broadway hits at the top of my lungs. I’m a former high school teacher turned stay-at-home-mom turned life and leadership coach who took a couple decades to discover what makes me feel most like myself.
My journey to release perfectionism started when extreme burnout led to a mental health implosion that forced me to re-evaluate everything about how I lived my life. I’ve battled with body shame, fought through depression and anxiety, and wrestled deeply with my faith.
I’m very much a work-in-progress.
I used to think I needed to be perfect to be loved, but now I know real love can only be experienced when we’re deeply known, failures, flaws, struggles and all. And that type of love changes everything.
No matter where you are on your journey, I want you to know that your story isn’t finished yet. There is more for you—more freedom, more meaning, more wholeness, more purpose, and more joy! It’s my deepest privilege to help people discover more about who they are made to be and how they are meant to live.
I’m cheering you on!
Are you ready for more?
Let’s work together! If you’re looking for someone to help you get unstuck, I’d love to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, professional development for teachers, or speaking, I’d be honored to support you on your journey! Let me know what you need and we can find an option that will meet you right where you are. Here’s to experiencing more wholeness, freedom, and joy!
